Monday - 2-4
Tuesday - 2-4
Wednesday - 2-4
Thursday - 2-4
Friday - 2-4
Saturday - 3-7
Sunday - 3-7
These times could change depending on work and family responsibilities however any change would be reported in due time.
Do you have any previous experience holding staff positions?
Server name - KingdomCraft
Average Players - 20-30
Position held - Admin
Reason for staff position ending - the server closed down.
I did learn a few things to do with being a staff member including staff meetings, helping players and resolving player reports although my staff position was short it indeed was a good learning experience.
Why do you want to become a staff member?
I wish to become a staff member because I love to help people especially, new players who may not be up to speed with the server, just knowing I’ve helped at least one player makes my day.
I always deal with any situation with a calm and level head if I do not know how to the help the person I will always go above and beyond pointing them in the right direction or finding out the answer myself, I would always treat every player with respect regardless of how they are treating other players and I would make sure I have sufficient evidence in any player mute or ban.
I like to think I am a fast learner that would be ideal in a staffing role learning different commands as soon as I am shown something that I do not know I like to absorb as much information as possible, so I can always know the best way to deal with a problem.
Along with being a fast learner I believe I am honest if something is on my mind or bugging me I will voice it so I can solve the problem I try not to hurt anybody with how I get my opinion across which I know is hard seeing as every person is different.
I like to think I am friendly and easily approachable which should be a key trait in being a helper if you don't make the players feel welcome than you are not doing the job properly after all we are the staff that players will see the most.
Working in a team or by myself is something I do very well-so no matter the situation it will be handled with the utmost professionalism whether that be working with other staff members to help players or helping them myself will be no problem.
One last note on myself and why I want to become staff is I love to see servers grow and I believe this server has the potential to be a great server.
